Refers to the client requesting to use Al-Badr Sales Pro software from the company or its authorized agents in all countries.

The client’s code with the company, subscribed to the technical support service for Al-Badr Sales software.
Software
Al-Badr Sales Pro software – a limited-use license with a renewable monthly subscription.
Terms of Use of Al-Badr Sales Software
Al-Badr Smart Systems owns all intellectual property rights, as well as copying and distribution rights for Al-Badr Sales Pro software, registered with the Intellectual Property Protection Office at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Egypt under No. 3871.
The company grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the agreed subscription period, including its applications (mobile apps and e-commerce platforms).
The software license remains active during the subscription period. If the subscription is not renewed on time, the software will be automatically suspended. To reactivate, the user must notify technical support during working hours after payment.
If the subscription is not renewed for 3 consecutive months, all data will be automatically deleted from the server.
The user confirms that they have reviewed the software and are satisfied with its features before use.
The user is prohibited from copying, reselling, distributing, reverse-engineering, or allowing others to access the software code or database.
The company reserves the right to update this agreement due to continuous changes in information technology and business systems.
Data Responsibility and Privacy
The user acknowledges that software systems are complex and the software is provided “as is” without guarantees regarding performance, compatibility, or error-free operation.
The company respects user privacy and does not disclose client data except upon official judicial request.
The user bears full responsibility for all data entered into the system through manual input, integrations, or reports.
The company is not responsible for any misuse of the software or resulting damages, direct or indirect. The user must regularly review and verify data accuracy.
The user is responsible for maintaining data confidentiality and securing their own devices.
The user must protect their devices from cyber threats and ensure regular backups.
The company is not responsible for any reports or obligations resulting from software use.
The user must provide legal documents for their business if requested.
When integrating the software with external systems (e.g., e-invoicing), the user is fully responsible for data synchronization and notifications in case of system interruption.
Some features may use AI technologies for data analysis, and the user acknowledges the associated risks
Technical Support
The company provides technical support to help clients resolve issues and improve system performance.
Free support for software defects is provided for one year from the service start date.
The user must cooperate with support and may allow remote access after approval.
Continuous communication is required to receive updates and improvements.
Support is available via internet, phone, or at company headquarters during the subscription period.
Free support does not cover issues caused by user devices, viruses, or unauthorized modifications.
Custom modifications or additions are not included in free support.
Additional features can be requested at an extra cost after approval.
On-site support visits are paid services.
Support services cannot be transferred to another user.
Working hours: 9 AM to 7 PM (official working days).
Communication is via phone or the dedicated support application.
E-commerce and Applications
All terms apply to integrated e-commerce stores and applications.
The company cannot reuse the client’s branding or designs without permission.
Apps are published on Apple and Google accounts after user approval.
Applications are subject to platform policies, and the company is not responsible for changes.
Any requested modifications or updates are charged separately.
Refunds and Service Termination
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days from installation, minus service and setup costs.
Custom-designed applications are non-refundable.
The company is not responsible if the user stops using the software during the subscription period.
Continued use of the software implies acceptance of all agreement terms.
Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within 15 days, Egyptian courts (within the company’s jurisdiction) will handle the case.
Terms of Use
As part of the Acceptable Use Policy of Al-Badr Smart Systems, you agree not to use the information, services, or any other part of the Al-Badr Smart Systems platform to take any action or actions that would:
1- Conflict with the public image, goodwill, or reputation of Al-Badr Smart Systems.
2- Promote any illegal activity or content, including but not limited to child or animal abuse, violence, illegal drug use, alcohol abuse, or anything that violates applicable laws.
3- Infringe copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or any other intellectual property rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights of Al-Badr Smart Systems or other companies.
4- Explicitly or implicitly share any of your data, activities, or stated purposes that we have approved, without our prior written consent in each case.
5- Violate any applicable law, decree, or regulation in the country, or encourage any conduct that could constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability.
6- Be defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, invasive of privacy, abusive, harmful, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or obscene.
7- Transmit any trade secret or other confidential or non-public information about any person, company, or entity without obtaining proper authorization.
8- Restrict or prevent any other visitor from using the Al-Badr Smart Systems platform, including but not limited to hacking, defacing any part of the platform, or modifying, changing, sublicensing, translating, selling, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Al-Badr Smart Systems platform.
9- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained on the Al-Badr Smart Systems platform.
10- Subcontract, sell, rent, lease, assign, transfer, or otherwise convey any rights under these terms to any third party, or commercially exploit or otherwise profit from the information or content of the Al-Badr Smart Systems platform, or any part thereof, in any manner, except as expressly permitted herein.
11- Print or copy any part of the Al-Badr Smart Systems platform without our prior written permission.
12- Distribute any virus, malware, or any harmful or similar files, scripts, or programs.
13- Interfere with or disrupt any services or equipment with the intent to cause an excessive or disproportionate load on the infrastructure of Al-Badr Smart Systems, its licensors, or its suppliers.
14- Use any robot, bot, crawler, site search or retrieval application, or any other manual or automated device or process to retrieve or index the data repository of the Al-Badr Smart Systems platform, or to reproduce or circumvent in any way the navigational structure, presentation, content, authentication, or security measures of the platform.
15- Forge headers or identities, or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origin of any transmission.
16- Conduct any form of network monitoring, operate a network analyzer, packet sniffer, or any other technology to intercept, decode, extract, or view any packets used for communication between the servers of the Al-Badr Smart Systems platform, or access any data not intended for you, or harvest or collect information about any visitor or member of the Al-Badr Smart Systems platform without their explicit consent.
