Delivery Policy for Computers and Printers
Please note that the official working days at Al-Badr Smart Systems are from Sunday to Thursday.
Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays are considered non-working days for all employees of Al-Badr Smart Systems and its shipping partners.
Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience. We have made the shipping process simple and convenient because your comfort is our top priority.
Al-Badr Smart Systems primarily fulfills orders through a third-party shipping service to ensure timely delivery of your purchase.
Delivery is generally completed within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your geographic location. You have the option to choose a delivery time that suits you during the day, week, or even within the month.
For urgent orders, please contact Customer Service (Contact Us), and we will make every effort to assist you.
- You will be asked to sign a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the goods.
- Orders will be delivered to the registered address, and the signature of any person at that address will be considered proof of delivery.
- If no one is available at the registered address to receive your order, please contact our customer service to arrange an alternative delivery time.
- The company cannot attempt delivery more than twice.
- The company is not responsible for any order not received within 7 days from the first delivery attempt.

- Orders are fulfilled based on individual production times listed on the product description page.
Delivery Cost
- Calculated at checkout based on the product and delivery address.
- For custom orders, delivery costs are added to the final order total.
Delivery Time
- An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed.
- Delivery dates are estimates and are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.
- Estimated delivery times are for guidance only and are subject to order acceptance and approval.
- Unless exceptional circumstances occur, we aim to fulfill your order within 5 business days from the order date.
- Business days are from Saturday to Friday, excluding holidays.
- Delivery dates may vary depending on the shipping company’s practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered.
- Products may also be shipped in separate shipments.
