Adding an expense item and recording expenses in the Al Badr program for Accurate Daily Sales and store management is one of the things that will help you improve the quality of your accounts and show you all your expenses that go out of your store. It was stated in this video that in order to be able to record expenses, you must go to the side menu and choose “Expenses and Revenues,” then choose an expenses item as follows:
After clicking on an expense item, a new page will open for us to add the expense item by clicking on “Add an expense item.” A new page will then appear for you to add the new item by adding the name of the item and then clicking Save.

After completing the required items, we can now record the expenses we want by going to Expenses and Income and clicking on “Register Expenses.” A new page will then open to help you record expenses as follows:
Here, the program will ask you to enter data for the new expense, such as the date, choose the item or destination for spending the expense, the safe from which the disbursement will be made, the amount, and the value added, if present. It will automatically calculate the value for you after that, then write down any notes related to this expense. You can upload any two paper documents to clarify what is related to this expense, such as The electricity bill or rent receipt that you will pay by photographing it and uploading it from the computer. After that, we click on Save to save it in the program’s database with these details.
