Here’s a breakdown of the data displayed on the screen, which you can modify as follows:

1. Quantity: You can adjust the quantity here.
2. Unit: Here, you can select and modify the unit in which the item is sold.
3. Price: You can adjust the price here.
4. Delete: You can delete the item from here.
5. Delete Invoice: You can delete the entire invoice.
6. Add Item: You can add a new item to the invoice here.
7. Item: Here, you can select the item you want to add to the invoice.
8. Quantity: Here, you can specify the quantity of the item you want to purchase.
9. Unit: Here, you can specify the unit in which you want to sell the product.
10. Price: Here, you can specify and modify the product price.
11. Add: After entering the data, click “Add” to successfully add the product.
12. Discount: Here, you can specify any discount you want to apply to the invoice, whether it’s a percentage or a fixed amount.
13. Paid: Here, you can specify the amount paid from the total invoice amount, which will be deducted from the total invoice value. The program will also add the value of the value-added tax, if applicable, and any other additions.
14. Notes: Here, you can add any notes specific to this transaction.

16. Confirm Edit: After entering all the data and making changes, click “Confirm Edit” to successfully save the changes.
