Backup and restore data in Al Badr point of sales software POS is a very important process inside the program where it save all your data and information of it just in case any harms, damages or faults in the program, server or the internet occur.
How can we do the backup process of data?

- From the main page, choose “settings”.
- Then choose “store data”
- and a page will appear to you includes some options as
- store data
- treasury account
- invoice data
- backup
as shown below, you will find the option of backup.

- Click on “start back up” to start the process.
- All data is downloaded in a shape of file with the format “WordPad” or “notepad”.
- If you lose your data and want to restore it, you can upload the same file by clicking on “choose file” and choose the backup file which you save before.
- Then click on “restore”.
