Adding a client to the Al Badr daily sales program and completing all financial transactions between them are important matters that must be known, in addition to creating client groups and including each client in the appropriate group for him.

Then we enter the group name and the discount percentage and click Save to be added to the customer group list. Then, when the customer is added, we will have to specify the group to which this customer belongs.

Then we go to the side menu again, click on Clients, then choose Clients, and a page will open for us as follows:

We will first notice that the customers displayed can be by filtering the search by showing the customer by name or showing the customers of a specific group. After that, we will have a list of all customers added to the store, specifying their data. We can add a new customer by clicking on the “New Customer” icon, and a new page will open for us. The data that must be entered is as follows:-

Here we will enter the required data, such as name, address, and whatever appears before us. Then we will find the customer group and we will choose from it one of the groups that we had previously entered in order to suit the customer’s dealings.

There are what are called cash movements in front of each customer, from which you can record the dues paid to him or to him, specifying the date, amount, and the safe deposit box in which the payment from the customer will be deposited or the payment paid to the customer will be disbursed from it, specifying the type of safe transaction, whether it is disbursing any disbursement to the customer or receiving any payment. Receive from the customer without recording any note you want to remember with this transfer process. To do this, you must press the Add button under the cash movement.

Additionally, there’s an option to generate a customer statement for the last 10 transactions. This can be done in two ways: as a report or by downloading the report as an Excel file. You can also obtain a comprehensive customer statement detailing all financial transactions between the customer and the store, along with the ability to modify or delete the customer’s data from the program’s database.

Under the balance field, or when adding a new customer, you’ll notice that the balance can be either positive or negative. A negative balance indicates that the store owes the customer, which might happen if the customer returned merchandise without receiving a refund. A positive balance, or the absence of a negative sign, means the customer owes the store, such as when purchasing goods on credit.
